As the trade winds gently blow through the palm trees and the colors of autumn subtly shift here on Kauai, I’m reminded of how this season, even in our tropical paradise, carries the same powerful energy of transformation. While we may not have the dramatic changing of leaves, we still feel the shift in the air—a reminder that it’s a time to pause, reflect, and realign.
With just under 100 days left in 2024, it’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with our goals and embrace the natural flow of change. Whether it's wrapping up unfinished projects, building healthier habits, or simply taking the time to breathe in the beauty around us, these last months offer a chance to refocus.
Living on Kauai reminds me daily of the importance of balance and simplicity—just as the island’s rhythms ebb and flow, so too do our lives. These final 100 days are a wonderful time to let go of what’s no longer serving us and welcome in new energy and opportunities.
