Why I Do What I Do 

For years, I’ve watched people around me, especially in midlife, struggle with low energy, a lack of motivation, and feeling stuck. I’ve been there too. Life throws a lot at us, and over time, we lose that spark that makes us feel alive and vibrant. I believe that food is medicine, but it’s more than that. I believe lifestyle is everything.

My journey in becoming a Lifestyle and Whole-Food Plant-Based (WFPB) Nutrition Coach started with a simple realization: the way we fuel our bodies directly impacts how we live our lives. What we eat, how we move, and how we think can either be our biggest obstacles or our greatest tools. I learned firsthand how making small changes can create a domino effect, leading to bigger changes in every part of life.

But it’s not just about food. It’s about making sustainable lifestyle changes that bring us back to a place of balance, motivation, and real health.
